How we work - Brief
1. Brief and Consultations

The brief is a document containing questions about your company and product.

It helps us better understand your needs and business requirements. The brief also outlines your goals and the specific details you prioritize most in the animation.

How we work - Script Writing
2. Script

The script is the foundation of your animation. It defines the narrative, key messages, and the flow of the story. We collaborate with you to craft a clear and engaging script that aligns with your goals and effectively communicates your message.

How we work - Storyboard
3. Storyboard

The storyboard is a visual plan of your animation. It maps out the flow of scenes, actions, and transitions, ensuring your story is conveyed effectively. This step lets us align our vision with yours, providing a clear preview of how the animation will unfold before production begins.

How we work - Illustrations for Animation
4. Style and Illustrations

In this stage, we define the visual identity of your animation. Together, we decide on the artistic style, colors, and overall look. We then create custom illustrations that bring your vision to life, ensuring they align perfectly with your brand and the message you want to convey.

How we work - Voice Over Recordig

5. Voice Over Recordig

Once the script is approved, we move on to recording the voiceover. We’ll help you select the perfect voice that best represents your brand and resonates with your audience.

How we work - Animation

6. Animation

This is where the real magic happens. At this stage, we bring the illustrations to life, and the story takes its final form.

The animation process is time-intensive, but it's also incredibly rewarding as everything comes together.

How we work - Background Music and Sound Effects

7. Background Music and Sound Effects

At this stage, we’ll gladly present you with a selection of licensed background music options, so you can choose the one that best suits your preferences.

We’ll also design sound effects that enhance the motion and dynamics of the animation.

How we work - Final Delivery of the Animation

8. Finalization

and File Delivery

Your animation is exported and delivered to you. Now you can relax and rock the world with your new animation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to create an animation?

The time required to create an animation depends on several factors, including:

  • The length of the animation (e.g., 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc.).

  • The complexity of the project (e.g., character animation, dynamic transitions, or simple motion graphics).

  • The style and level of detail in the illustrations and animations.

  • The need for additional elements like sound design or voiceovers.

For example:

  • A short, simple animation (e.g., an animated logo) might take 1-2 weeks.

  • A 1-2 minute explainer video with custom illustrations and animations can take 4-6 weeks.

We always provide an estimated timeline after discussing the project scope and requirements.

Can I request revisions?

Yes, we offer two rounds of revisions at the end of each stage. Additional revisions or changes to previously approved stages are priced individually.

What file formats will I receive?

You will receive the final animation in the following formats:

  1. Video Files

    • MP4 (standard format, high quality, optimized for online use).

    • MOV (if a higher-quality format is required).

  2. Source Files (if included in the agreement):

    • Project files from software like After Effects or Moho, organized for easy editing.

  3. Optional Formats (based on your needs):

    • GIF (for short looping animations).

    • Lottie JSON (for web animations).

    • PNG/EXR sequences (for advanced post-production).

We ensure that all files are delivered in the formats best suited for their intended use, such as social media, websites, or presentations.

Can I use the animation on different platforms?

Of course! We create materials that can be used on websites, social media, at events, and across other communication channels. If you have specific platforms in mind, let us know in advance. We’ll adjust the formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios (e.g., vertical for Instagram Stories or square for social media posts) to ensure the animation looks perfect everywhere.
